We are not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. Please contact your local USPS or UPS store to resolve any issues. Once the packages have been given to USPS or UPS they are no longer our responsibility.

Returns

We do not issue refunds, we only issue store credit and/or exchanges for purchases, returns and cancellations.


Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since the date your item was delivered, unfortunately we can’t offer you store credit or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

**Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged.**

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase and RMA#.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Please email us at ppcustservice@gmail.com to request a return and reason for return before shipping back. After you receive an RMA# (return merchandise authorization number) and conformation for return via email then you may ship item(s) back to the following address:

Please include copy of the return confirmation email with RMA# and receipt of purchase inside the package. You will receive a store credit for spending on future purchases.

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be refunded. Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery will not be credited.

Returns :
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return.
**If you are approved, then your return will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your account, within 1-3 business days. Please give us a few extra days around the holiday season.

Sale items:
Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items 30% and over cannot be returned.

Custom Items:
Any customized items will have a strict no return policy. Please do not email us asking for a return/exchange on these items.

Exchanges:
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, please send us an email at ppcustservice@gmail.com and wait for an email confirmation with an RMA#. We will refund you by store credit once your return is received and if approved then you can make another purchase if item is available. Please keep in mind we will not hold items for exchange. Please purchase items wanted for exchange to ensure items do not sell out before we receive your return.

Shipping

Please allow 1-3 business days for your order to be processed and shipped out unless otherwise stated (this does NOT include weekends and holidays). Information for estimated shipping dates on preorder items will be stated on the item description under each preorder item.

We generally use USPS priority mail to ship out items unless UPS can offer a better rate and faster delivery time for the customer. You will choose your shipping option at checkout. Delivery time will be additional to processing time. (ex. processing time + delivery time = total time for package to get to you). Tracking numbers will be provided via email when order ships out, you can always check back on your order through your account on the website.

We will not be held responsible for carrier mistakes and/or lost packages. Please contact your local carrier facility to track down your package if an issue occurs.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a store credit, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your original order amount.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
